ATR measurement probes for IR/FTIR

For the in-situ process monitoring using spectroscopic methods innovative and flexible optical fibers with high transmission coupled with compact measuring probes are available. For the MID-IR range, the ATR immersion probes are based on ZnSe, diamond and ZrO. The IR-transmitting fibers use silver halides (AgCl, AgBr) and chalcogenide glasses as base materials.

The IR fibers of art photonics can be perfectly combined with quantum cascade lasers from block of engineering.
